Vtg. Degenhart Glass Paperweight Frit Flowers Name Plaque Heart Valentine's Day?

This listing is for a somewhat unusual Degenhart art glass paperweight. This vintage paperweight contains frit, flowers, and a name plaque. The name plaque features the names of two sweethearts, "Pearl & Art", and a red heart with an arrow through it. It's quite possible it was created as a Valentine's Day present ...or perhaps for a wedding/anniversary gift? It is not signed- but many of Degenhart's early pieces weren't. It stands approx. 2 3/4" tall. It's approx. 3 1/4" in diameter.
There is normal wear evident on the base. There are a few faint scratches on the side (near/along the bottom (see photos)). Other than that, it looks to be fine. There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. It displays well.
